It is on November 22nd 1999 that Jean-Luc Gourdin was awarded by HRH the COmtesse de paris the 1999 edition of the Prix Hughes Capet for his biography of the Duchesse du Maine, at the Editions Pygmalion. Among the assistance was HRH the Comte de paris, his wife the Duchess of France, and 400 personalities. The event was godfathered by the sacred constantinian order of Saint George, in the presence of the chancellor of the order, HRH Prince Charles of Bourbon-Siciles, Duke of Calabria.
