On 27 January 2004, 300 people attended the now traditional award of the Hugues Capet Prize, taking place at Pierre Cardin's Residence Maxim's de Paris. Professeur Jean de Viguerie was celebrated for his outstanding opus, "Louis XVI, le Roi Bienfaisant", published by Editions du Rocher in Paris.

After the welcome speech by President Jacques-Henri Auclair , H.R.H. Prince Remy de Bourbon-Parme read a message from H.R.H. Prince Charles de Bourbon-Siciles, Duc de Calabre, Grand Prefer of the Constantinian Order of Saint-Georges, warmly congratulating Professor de Viguerie. Then, H.R.H. Beatrice de Bourbon-Siciles spoke about King Louis XVI and how she enjoyed reading this fantastic biography by Professor de Viguerie. H.R.H. Prince Charles-Philippe d'Orleans then handed the 2003 Hugues Capet Prize diploma to the happy laureate, who charmed the brilliant attendance by wonderful stories about Louis XVI's life. Finally Jean-Paul Bertrand, Managing Director of Editions du Rocher, concluded this ceremony, emphasizing the pride and joy he took, as a publisher, to receive the Hugues Capet Prize.
